HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $120!

For orders under $120, standard shipping is $10 and $15 if you want it express.

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to pack and post your orders within 2-3 business days.

All items are sent via Australia Post or Sendle, and tracking details will automatically be sent to you once dispatched. Delivery times depend on your location - standard delivery is between 2-9 business days.

 As we are based in NSW, if you are in WA, shipping may take a little longer! We recommend opting for express shipping if you are in a rush for your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

It is within your right to ask for a replacement or refund for faulty goods under the Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.

We do not accept refunds for change of mind purchases or sale items. We do not offer refunds for items that have gone bad because of negligence e.g. leaving treats out in the heat or direct sunlight. 

For all returns or refunds, please email us with the issue and photos so we can investigate and offer a solution.

DO YOUR TREATS CONTAIN ANY PRESERVATIVES?

We are very transparent about what goes into our treats, all of our ingredients can be found in the product information of the treat selected, as well as on the treat bag you receive. 

None of our treats contain any additives, fillers or preservatives. Because of this, we highly recommend that you keep your treats out of direct sunlight or heat, and consume within 4 weeks of opening.

ARE YOUR TREATS MADE FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION?

While we pride ourselves on using the freshest human-grade ingredients, our treats are made for our furry friends and not suitable for human consumption.
